Your First Visit



OfficeOur goal is to provide comprehensive dental care. Talking with you and discussing your unique needs and concerns allows us to more thoroughly and accurately develop a plan of treatment.

Comfort.
We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable in our office. During your first visit we will familiarize you with our space and introduced to our staff. There are a few forms you will need to fill out, including our health history form, which can be done in the office or downloaded and completed before your visit.

While you wait, you can relax on a massage chair or sip on a cappuccino. After your exam or procedure is completed, enjoy hot towel and a paraffin moisturizing treatment.

If you experience anxiety or nervousness caused by dental procedures, we offer mild sedation to help you feel more comfortable, and even enjoy, your visit.

Conversation.
It is important to completely assess your current oral health because each patient is an individual with a unique health history and dental needs. The dentist will have an in-depth conversation with you to discover your goals and main concerns.

Examination.
During your initial exam, we will take digital x-rays, which reduce radiation by 90%, and examine your teeth, gums and bones that hold the teeth. The dentist will also perform a clinical exam, evaluating for oral, head, and neck cancer and assessing the muscles, ligaments, and joints of your mouth.

X-rays are used to help diagnose problem areas and develop an individualized treatment plans. Once you and your dentist have determined the course of treatment appropriate for you, we will store this information in our computer system and provide you with a copy. We will also provide you with the final proposed treatment plan, presented procedure by procedure. This will also include the financial aspect of treatment, including insurance and patient responsibilities.
